Our card designs are printed on high quality 260gsm with a matt finish, this enhances text and graphics. Heavier card, recycled card, glossy finishes and rounded corners are available. However if you require these please contact us for a quote.

We will then create a design and email you a proof. Once you've signed off the proof we require payment to process the order. We will then lay up the design to be printed. Depending on work load business cards can take 3 to 7 business days to be ready from our printers. You will be informed of your orders process during its time.

Retrophonic prints the signed off proof. If you find you're not happy with the product due to clarity or colour Retrophonic can not be held responsible. Please note different computer monitors produce slightly different variations in colour. Please check the proof on as many computers as possible before signing off the proof.
If you request postage Retrophonic can not be held responsible for loss of product in post.
If the product itself is damaged you're welcome to return the badges. Retrophonic will refund the cost of the product when they're received. Retrophonic will not refund postage. For returns please contact us.
